1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Eqlynk (“the Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

Eqlynk is an online directory of equestrian retail stores and e-commerce websites. We provide a searchable, filterable list and map-based interface to help horse enthusiasts discover stores worldwide. We also display curated promotions that stores may be running.

Eqlynk is an independent directory. We do not sell products, take orders on behalf of listed stores, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any store or product. Listed stores are third parties and their inclusion does not constitute endorsement.

3. User accounts

You may create a free account to save favorite stores to your profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not impersonate another person or entity or create an account if you have been previously suspended from the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Store submissions

Registered users may submit stores for inclusion in the directory. By submitting a store, you represent that:

The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You have no commercial incentive to mislead other users.
The store sells genuine equestrian products or services.

We review all submissions before publication and reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, with or without notice, and without liability to the submitter.

By submitting content to Eqlynk, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to display and distribute that content as part of the directory.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Site content without our prior written consent.
Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls.
Submit false, misleading, or spam store listings.
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site.

6. Promotions and third-party offers

The Site may display promotions, discount codes, or special offers from listed stores. These are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty that any promotion is current, accurate, or redeemable. Your dealings with any store, including purchases, returns, and disputes, are solely between you and that store.

7. Intellectual property

All original content on Eqlynk — including the name, logo, design, and text created by us — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Store names, logos, and trademarks displayed in the directory belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not verify every store listing and make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of directory content.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EQLYNK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY STORE LISTING OR PROMOTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eqlynk and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

11. Termination

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
